A little about me :)

Even though my interest in the metaphysical began in 2016, I only started studying and practicing Tarot seriously in 2019. As a beginner, I only read for myself myself, my friends and my small Instagram community.Then in late-2020, I joined 47 other talented people around the world to create an oracle deck (EPITAFFIO) as the head writer, editor and designer (under the alias, Truffle).Currently, I'm studying Human Design on the side. By implementing it together with Tarot reading, I aim to operationalise your unique Design with the guidance of Tarot to lead you to make better decisions!

| Estimated time needed for each reading is stated on each listing. You will also be notified of the exact date which you'll receive it latest by when I send you an e-mail, notifying that I've received your reading request. |
| If you need a reading by a specific timeframe, please DM me on Instagram or drop me an email before paying for your reading. Otherwise, your reading will be fulfilled within the stated estimated time on this website. |
| Full payment must be in before I start reading for you. |
| Payment will only be made through and received with the following payment gateways: - Stripe (for international clients); and - Stripe, PayNow or bank transfer (for Singaporean clients). I will not employ any other payment gateways for receiving payment. |
| Please ensure that you have fully made up your mind and are committed to your decision before proceeding with requesting a reading from me. |
| In the case that you've changed your mind about your reading and would like to cancel it, you must contact me before or within 12 hours of receiving the notification e-mail (of me receiving your reading request). A full refund will then be processed. |
| No refunds are possible once I've started on your reading (which starts within 12 hours of sending you the notification e-mail). |
| I reserve the right to decline reading requests for any reason, in which you will be duly informed and refunded (if payment has been made). |

| The information you provide for your reading will only be used for your current reading, and any future readings you may request from me. The working files are currently stored on my Notion workspace (you may read their terms & policies here) and the PDF files for sharing are stored in my Google Drive (when consulted through Instagram or Ko-fi). |
| For payment through Stripe, I will only be able to view your name associated with the payment, your e-mail address used for the transaction and the payment method used. This information is stored on Stripe. For payment through PayNow, I will only be able to view your name associated with your PayNow account. For bank transfer, I will only be able to view the account number you've used to remit the payment. This information is stored with my processing bank. These information will only be used for payment verification with you when required. |
| If you would like me to delete your information and the readings I've completed for you, you may send me an e-mail about it. Once deleted, they will no longer be recoverable in any way. |
